COVID-19 pandemic has imposed huge affliction and torment on people throughout the world. Indian government brought in lockdown to stem the spread of coronavirus, shutting down industries, construction works, housing communities, educational setups, etc. It has affected the families of daily wage earners, migrant workers & the poor the most, who have lost employment resources in this crisis. Several families have been suffering from hunger, sleeping with an empty stomach despite the constant and laudable state and center government efforts.

NetLabs ITS has started an initiative focusing on providing relief packages consisting of hygienic food parcels, masks & sanitizers to the needy people of marginalized areas in Delhi. We support and provide a cooked meal to 1,300+ persons daily with the help of government authorities and the police. In the first phase of the campaign, we helped the needy people living in marginalized areas of Delhi, NCR. Once the exodus of migrant workers noticeably surfaced, we shifted our focus on helping them in the second phase of our campaign. With a resolute determination of our volunteers and the true spirit of our supporters to help others, we ended up helping thousands of needy people in this crisis. So far, we have distributed 75,000+ cooked meals along with masks and sanitizers in those areas where people don't have food while practicing social distancing.

Our mission is to provide hygienic food parcels to 5,000 persons of needier section daily for the next 6 months. We intend to do this by setting up more kitchens, collaborating well-trained cooks, arranging more ration, and increasing transportation capacity.

We are so grateful to the MEISA, the regional president of our client company FedEx, who appreciated our efforts and contributed 17,000 masks. This act of kindness and generosity helped many lives in this time of crisis.
